You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic piece therefore, subtle variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Please read the specific dimensions listed for each piece because some of my pieces are tinier than others. With that being said, these pieces are made to last and loved for many years to come.

Shipping Policies

All ready-to-ship orders are mailed within 5-7 business days via USPS and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 business days with a photo of the package and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund, in the form of store credit, upon the return of your item/s. Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, we will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs. We can not issue a refund or store credit until an item is physically back in the studio and it has been inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. We are not responsible for lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please email hello@nunuceramics.com.

Care

All functional pieces like mugs, bowls, plates, etc are food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. Though hand-washing is always recommended to protect the longevity of a piece. If a piece is NOT food-safe, it will be listed on the individual product description. For more decorative pieces like vases that have textured glaze on the outside, we recommend gently washing the inside with soap and water while trying not to wet the outside surface too much.
